Montana Fishburne won’t be going to jail for assaulting her boyfriend’s ex-girlfriend. According to perezhilton.com, the porn star has settled her criminal battery case, she pleaded no contest to assault with a deadly weapon, battery and trespass and was given 180 days in rehab. Fishburne previously pleaded not guilty to charges of false imprisonment, simple battery, assault with a deadly weapon, and trespassing.
Aspiring porn star Montana Fishburne who checked into an inpatient facility in Southern California last month to undergo a 30-day treatment program specializing in anger management is doing just fine.
Fishburne’s attorney Shawn Chapman Holley told Eonline.com:
“(She is) in a treatment facility and doing incredibly well. I couldn’t be happier with her progress.”
Montana made headlines and fell out with her famous father this summer when it emerged she had shot an explicit adult film for Vivid Entertainment.
